Priority Registration Request

Upon receipt of this request, an administrator will contact you to finalize registration.

Early Bird Discount: Payment must be received by May 15,2011 to qualify.

NOTE: This request form assists students to receive priority in reserving their place in Summer Camp classes before limited space fills up. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Note: All dates listed on the following form may not be available. It will depend on registration. If not enough students sign up for a session it will be cancelled and you wull be asked to consider another session.

Guitar Hero Rock Camp/Rock Hero Band Camp is for Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keyboards and Vocalists. Other instrumentalists may apply.
